Delivery and Shipping Terms
1. Goods are delivered by shipment to the delivery address provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified during the seller’s checkout process shall be decisive for the transaction. If the payment method PayPal is selected, the delivery address stored in the customer’s PayPal account at the time of payment shall apply.
2. If delivery of the goods fails for reasons for which the customer is responsible, the customer shall bear the reasonable costs incurred by the seller as a result. This does not apply to the shipping costs for the original delivery if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. In the event of a valid withdrawal, return shipping costs shall be governed by the provisions set out in the seller’s cancellation policy.
3. In the case of self-collection, the seller will first notify the customer by email that the ordered goods are ready for collection. After receiving this email, the customer may collect the goods from the seller’s premises by prior arrangement. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
